Follow these steps to add a warranty company to the CRM.
In order to save a warranty company in the CRM the “Show as Prospect” (Lead Info tab) check box must be check or you will not able to find the Entity in searches.
Also, ensure that the entity is selected as a “Warranty Company” by checking that box off as well. Once found, you will be able to make the necessary changes to the “Lead Info” tab and the “AR Info” tab:
To verify that your changes are successful check in the Parts and Service modules to see if the warranty company will now appear. See screen below:
